  The convenience of some restaurants opening 24 hours but the inconvenience of it being a few choices. It's either ihop or Denny's my friends would say...
  
  Two are very similar in a way. They specialize in mostly breakfast type foods but they also have lunch and dinner menu items. The worst part about coming in after midnight is that service is either hit or miss.
  
  Thankfully, the service was very good the time I decided to write a review. However, food still comes out semi slow. Heard the servers had to cook because they were short staffed.
  
  We ordered the sampler, country fried steak and eggs, and an omelette. Nothing too special but it definitely hit the spot for our late night munchies!

  Haven't eaten I-hop since my family and I left Rochester, New York last month. So, we decided to get breakfast here since it's closer to our home. We always eat at another location in Miami, but we said it's clean so we will give it a try.
  
  We were greeted with a friendly smile and was seated quickly. Our waitress came and took our order. The service is really slow here. After the greeter sat us down, the place didn't have a single smile from the other employees. I'm a "happy" person, so this atmosphere wasn't pleasant to me at all. I did get some smiles from the people who were dining and "Good Morning" greetings as well.
  
  Breakfast- I chose my favorite from I-hop which is a steak omelette. I ordered light steak since I'm not much of a beef eater, mushroom, light onions and no green peppers, no hash brown or tomatoes. I ordered the red potatoes. My son ordered the Smokehouse Combo. He had sausage, eggs, pancakes and hash brown. My husband ordered the Split decision which is eggs, sausage, bacon and French toast. Lemonade for myself and my son and my husband had water with lemon for our drinks.
  
  Outcome- the food was decent, but not great. I was disappointed about the mushrooms. They were horrible and so was our pancakes. They were extremely dry and taste like they missed and put too much water in the mix. My omelette wasn't hot at all. It was lukewarm and so were my red potatoes. My husband and son's food was lukewarm as well. We didn't send the food back because we waited too long already to eat.
  
  I will not share the waitress name since I'm a "Positive Person." I only share the AWESOME employees names which the greeter didn't have her name tag on. If I had to do it all over again, We would've went to the location that we are familiar with. Our waitress was pleasant, but not attentive. She didn't ask if we needed refills or napkins. My son end up drinking my lemonade and at the end of our dining is when the waitress asked if we needed anything else. The waitress brought my son a "to go" cup of lemonade. I'm really good with tipping, but this waitress didn't get the tip I'm sure she was looking for. I'm so disappointed with this location. We won't be back.

  This was the worst Ihop I've ever been to. The service is super slow and there were only two tables to serve. Not eager to serve and there's always someone sleeping on the tables.

  It's sad that people don't care about their job. We walked in to ihop for breakfast for dinner. There was nobody there, just the cook, waitress & us (party of three). We order a burger, eggs with pancakes & steak & eggs with toast. We get the order and the pancakes & toast get to the table clearly 5mins after we finished with our food. Her excuse was that she was BUSY and she also says "I did my best" and I replied " your best wasn't good enough"
  Never going back.

  We were 6 on Sunday. Food was good but awful service. Too slow no eye contact. The fastest was the check! Never come back.
